USGC provides luxury lifestyle management and concierge services, including but not limited to travel arrangements, chauffeur services, security services, personal assistant services, and lifestyle management. The specific services provided will be agreed upon between USGC and the client.

3. Membership and Fees

Membership tiers and associated fees are determined on a case-by-case basis following consultation. All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in your membership agreement.

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Additional services may incur separate charges
• Third-party costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) are charged at cost plus an agreed service fee

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Treat USGC staff and partners with respect

5. Confidentiality

We understand that discretion is paramount. USGC maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and activities. We will not disclose any client information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill services or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide exceptional service, USGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Third-Party Services

Many of our services involve coordination with third-party providers (airlines, hotels, vehicle providers, etc.). USGC acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or quality of service provided by these third parties.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked. Third-party cancellation policies will apply to relevant bookings. Please contact your lifestyle manager for specific cancellation terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

USGC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
